Bathtub Shoot

The last creative shoot we did took place in a beautifully designed bathtub. The bath tub it self looked like something out of a movie, and once we added bubbles (dish washing liquid and Body Shop green stuff).

We light this by booming a Lastolite 24 x 24 inch Ezybox Softbox from above and a 45" Westcott Satin white umbrella for fill. Lighting equipment consist of 2 SB-600s and 1 SB-900. They were all controlled by Nikon's CLS system.

This shoot was a tricky one where keeping the camera out of the water along with myself was difficult. It took some time to figure out the angles and lenses needed but over all it was a successful shoot. The high key look suits it, plus based on the size of the room we didn't have much flexibility.

Touch ups were kept to a minimum because the light was so soft and to the beauty of the models. I can't wait to do it again. You can find the rest of the photos on either www.flickr.com/photos/tishures.
